Returns and Refunds:

Our satisfaction guarantee for living plants extends to the replacement of any plant should it die or be noticeably ill within 60 days of delivery. This assumes that plants have been cared for as per the plant requirement guidelines. (e.g. growing conditions, water, light)

We offer a quality guarantee on all other products covering the replacement of any defective item from within your order, excluding damage caused by misuse or improper handling post delivery. Any defects must be notified to us in writing within 14 days of delivery. 

If you are not satisfied with our service or products for any reason within 30 days of delivery, we offer a full refund upon return of all undamaged goods.
