This Chamaedora is used as indoor specimen or in group planting's around water features. It is also used as an understorey plant in tropical setting and establishes in 2 to 5 years. In cold regions it is grown in a glass house or in bright conservatories. SOIL: Well drained friable moist loames with ample humus. POSITION: Partial shade or good light but avoid exposing to direct sun. WATER & FEEDING: Water generously from spring to autumn but keep only just moist in winter. Feed regularly with a weak fertilizer in spring and summer. CARE: Repot when its roots start to grow through the bottom of the pot.
