Croton is a highly colourful foliage plant that is used as a filler shrub in tropical climates or a potted hot-house plant in temperate climates. It is suitable for coastal and tropical low mountain regions establishing in 3-4 Years and is moderately long lived. This plant is also used in commercial sites around buildings or in courtyard planter boxes. SOIL: Well drained peaty loam humus rich and moist. POSITION: Bright indirect light protected position drought and frost tender. WATER & FEEDING: Water generously from spring to autumn sparingly in winter. Mist leaves regularly to maintain humidity. Feed regularly in spring spring and summer. CARE: Avoid cold draughts. Repot in spring only when the plants have outgrown their existing container.
