The Terms and Conditions governing the use of the A Greener View Gardens website,                             www.agreenerview.com.au, and the purchase of any products or services from it are outlined below. The website is owned and operated by A Greener View Gardens, ABN 15 569 006 068.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Please contact us if issues exist with the Terms and Conditions before placing your order. 

A Greener View Gardens reserves the right to:

• Change or swap plants for others within each package based on quality, availability and suitability of use. Plants swapped or changed will be of same/similar value to original plants.
• Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
• Not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website, its content and product offerings.
• Change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The continued use of the website (or any part thereof) by you, following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of changes made.

GST (Goods & Services Tax) and Currency:

Our products and services attract Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% and all prices advertised are inclusive of GST. 

All advertised prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). 

Product descriptions:

Each product is sold subject to its product description, and in most cases an associated image. All reasonable care has been taken to ensure that all details, images, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct. 

The information including product descriptions and images appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly at the time you place an order. 

Package contents may vary slightly based on quality, availability and suitability of use. We will advise of any such variations at time of order.

Gift Vouchers:

Vouchers can be redeemed on any future online or retail purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. 

Expired vouchers cannot be extended and it is the holders responsibility to ensure vouchers are redeemed before the expiry date. The value of your voucher does not need to be spent on the one purchase and the remaining value can be carried forward towards another purchase within the voucher expiry date.
